  I started running five years ago and last year I joined the Nike Run Club and ran my best yet. They are friendly, I've had questions about their NIke products and they do know the products well. I am going back this year to improve my running while running with a very organized club.

  I am ADDICTED to this place!! They offer free classes...seriously FREE! Every Mon-Thurs at 6:30pm, yoga on Mon, NTC (their version of bootcamp) on Tues, barre on Wed, and WERQ (Thurs). They also have running clubs if that's more your style. The studio is brand spanking new so it's super clean and bright. Love that the classes overlook Michigan Ave. 45 minutes workouts will get your butt into shape. It amazes me that Nike offers these classes for free but then again, it is great advertising. I lost count of how many times I went out to buy a new outfit or shoes just because the instructor was sporting it. Also, classes do fill up quickly so be sure to sign up as soon as they open up which is exactly 1 week before each class.
