  Everyone was very nice. Decent hotel for the price, excellent location. AC unit was a little weird to figure out and the fridge wasn't all the way stocked or even cleaned. I was nervous we were going to get charged a cleaning/restocking fee if they saw it and thought it was our doing. Comfortable, clean mattress though. At the end of the day that's what matters to me. Will probably return thanks to the awesome deal we got.

  Awesome location. Its all about location, location, location. This hotel is close to Water Tower Place, Mag Mile, fabulous restaurants and everything else Chicago has to offer.
  
  Hotel is being updated, it's not The Peninsula, but for these rates, who cares? Beds are comfy, rooms clean. Because it's an older hotel rooms are smaller but also blessedly quiet.
  
  Shop around for parking, via spot hero etc.
  
  Staff are helpful and friendly. Will be back!
