  I brought in a pair of charcoal pants from an older Brooks Brothers suit to be altered, as I was going to a wedding later in the week. Due to a mix up at the cleaners my pants weren't ready, and I had to leave that night. The time I waited while they were figuring out the situation I was kept informed and up to date on where they were looking and what they were trying. And when it became clear that I wouldn't be able to get my pants that night they worked with me on several solutions so that I left happy and was able to attend the wedding looking great! Thank you Natalie and everyone that helped!
