  Next time I’m at this post office, I’m going to post a picture of how long the line is and how there are just two associates on the floor. The associates here are completely unprofessional. I don’t think you should be shouting when you’re going to take your break. Also, there was a long line and you’re going to take your break? Shouldn’t you assist the customers first then take a break to help the line go down? I also didn’t hear when they first said, “ Helping next person who does not need a passport” - I get to the front desk and the lady in the back (don’t know what in the world she is doing but watching people and blabbing her mouth) says “you can’t hear? Are you death” lol okay lady, what are you doing but being rude to people who ask for your help? Your post office should think about who they hire because every single person there is unprofessional and don’t know how to work with people. I’m surprised nothing has been done with all the complaints you receive. Unacceptable.
