  I have absolutely no complaints. Stayed here with two girlfriends for a birthday night out and the extremely sweet front desk clerk offered to upgrade our room to a higher floor with a better view of the city, as I am a Starwood Rewards member. The room was cleanly with an AWESOME bathroom. Very wide mirror and a toilet/shower separated with a sliding door with an additional full-length mirror. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Chicago!
