  Terrible store. The clerks are extremely rude and unhelpful, including the store manager. I had to cancel and recreate my reservation the day of just because they wouldn't accept my debit card, the very card I prepaid with to get the reservation in the first place. Cancelling it required me to call customer service from the store (rather than have the clerk take care of it like she should've), took an hour to sort through, and cost me more than twice as much. To make matters worse, the fee from the original reservation wasn't refunded until I called customer service a week later and demanded a refund.
  
  An earlier visit caused a $300 hold to be placed on my account for supposedly not returning the vehicle in their garage, which I did. That required another set of calls to customer service to reverse.
  
  This location alone has bothered me so much that I will absolutely never use Hertz again at all. There's other companies, and it's just not worth the inevitable headache and frustration.
