  The car was very dirty, and Richard said I could either take it like that or wait for it to be cleaned (I was already late so I had to accept it as it was).
  Then he made me pay the fuel in advance telling me that if I would bring the car back with fuel he would reimbourse me the money. He never did. I called him several times, he always said he was sorry and that e would give me my money back. Then the last time he pretended he never said he would reimbourse me. When I confronted him, he admitted that he lied and he was never going to give me my money back.

  Have a prepaid reservation at this location, which is a dump to begin with. Got to the location, waited inside for someone to come in for 20 minutes. No-one did! Called customer service explained they situation, they put me on hold for another 20. Hang up call again. Now they say somebody will be here in another 20! Try to call another nearby location, on Sheffield they have no cars available! Another customer walks in work another reservation, he walked away because he had to go to work in an hour. Couldn't wait. away. I really thought hertz had their ady together but guess I was wrong!
