  Incompetent. They knew less about Scion models than I did in two weeks of research. They weren't able to reference the deals that were posted on the website either.
  
  The rep was friendly but I could tell his bosses were grinding him down. At the first whiff of money they were deceitful. I put in $500 cash for them to justify pulling a car, fine. But when the final numbers didn't work out it was a major hassle getting my deposit back.
