  They're the closest Toyota dealership to where I live so I was bringing in my Camry for service. One day, during a routine service visit, I ended up buying a new Rav4 Hybrid.
  
  I had my eye on it so I wasn't being pushed by a salesperson. I was greeted a couple times before I finally made the decision to purchase. The only process was pretty straightforward. It did take a while but only because there was a lot of paperwork. I didn't have to do much negotiating since I figured if it didn't fit into my budget, I just wouldn't buy.
  
  Wonderfully, it was a bit below my budget. The salesperson did accidentally kept referring to a different stock number so I almost walked out with a different car than what I thought I'd be getting. I noticed it during all the paperwork and they corrected it all in a few minutes. No big deal. Lots of information going around so I didn't fault anyone.
  
  I ended up getting a paint protection program that included free details whenever I wanted to bring in the car. I do that about every week or every other week for the "auto butler" service. Since the dealership came under new management, things have gotten pretty efficient and organized.
  
  As they were transitioning, there was a time I was picking up my car and the valet service on the second floor could not find where the car was parked. Granted, the person helping me did not seem to care about his job at all. He kept slowly wandering back and forth and muttering to himself until someone else saw me waiting and offered to help.
  
  All in all, the people and service at this dealership is pretty great. There hasn't been an incident that has caused me to swear this place off completely.
