  They never know how to make a simple Ice coffee correctly. Ive never in my life worked at a Dunkin Donuts and had to verbally explain how to make an ice coffee to the worker. Also, they're to worried about talking with eachother about personal stories and make people sit and wait in line until they're finished..The music is always blasting so when you're ordering you're drink its like trying to talk to someone at a nightclub! This DD sucks!
