  A couple weeks ago, I went to get a passport photo taken. It's a convenient place to do so, considering I pass this location during my daily commute to work. The woman assisting me did not know how to use the camera, nor did she know how to use the computer display. The printer was faulty and could only print out one "good" image at a time. I asked repeatedly if the photo was USDS compliant, to which I was assured that it was. Today, however, I received an email saying that the photo was not compliant, and I need to arrange for another one to be sent. This has been an all-around poor experience.
