  Nick was very friendly and knew exactly what products to look at when I came in to fix an issue with my broken door knob. Nick explained how to set everything up succinctly for once I got home, and my new door knob looks great.
  
  I returned because the 2nd copy of the knob key didn't work, and Gerald fixed it within 5 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and I will only come here for my locksmith needs.
