  We board our kitten, Appa, when we go out of town. The boarding facility is nice, and it seems like the cats get lots of exercise with the employees in the call center. I like that they are kept ‘cabinets’ that have plenty of room and have 2 levels. It’s not a cage, so I feel like it minimizes sounds and scents that could stress out the cats. It’s a clean facility.
  If we’re out of town for a long time, they send updates with pictures. My only recommendation is that the pics/update should come more often.
