  This may be the greatest breakfast I have ever had. I was on vacation in Chicago and I saw this was a top rated breakfast restaurant and I definitely wanted to go. The first attempt was on a Saturday and unbeknownst to me it was the start of spring break and it was a 2 and half hour wait. I didn't go that day I did some research and through the Yelp app you can go on their waitlist prior to arrival and they have an estimated time for the wait as well. We went back on a Monday and they had no wait the decor is lovely and the location is huge. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I tried a special key lime pancakes and also the wild berry pancakes. Oh my, who needs syrup anyways! The stack of pancakes can feed two if you get a small side with it. For being a large scale breakfast place, the food has attention to detail of a place with 10 tables eventhough it has over a hundred tables. Go there for breakfast, you will not be disappointed.
