This store, never that great since it opened, has deteriorated substantially since Amazon took over. They are often out of things, and the customer service is arrogant and unhelpful. I bought a roast chicken recently that was so burned it was inedible, with black skin and meat that was like sawdust. The roast chickens are packaged in such a way that you can't really see what they look like until you open them. Whoever packaged it had to have known it was inedible, but did it anyway. Whatever Amazon is gaining in savings by paying less attention to the quality of its food and service, it is losing by turning away customers like me.
