  I called two days ahead of time to reserve a table for a march madness game, but the manager insisted they weren't taking reservations and it was first come first serve. He said that if we showed up by 2 or 3 we should be good. So to my surprise I show up at 3 and half of the tables have reserved signs for 4pm, and the rest are packed. And of course when we asked for the manager he never came up front to talk to us. Ended up being a waste of time and put us away from any other decent sports bars. What great customer service.
