  This company was hired through my insurance company. We were given a 75 minute window for the tow truck to arrive. The business calls my cell a hour later and wants to confirm where the vehicle is located and the address that it will be going to. Before ending the call, the dispatch has the nerve to ask why I'm having the vehicle towed to the location that I provided (which is none of their concern) but it was where our mechanic is located. We are then told that it would be another 60-90 minutes before the tow truck would arrive with no explanation. He even told me that he couldn't even confirm or guarantee that they would be there at that time. I was furious upon hearing this information and I commented on how ridiculous this situation was becoming. The dispatcher then promptly gave me an attitude and said you should call your insurance company and that was that. Well I did and they cancelled my service with this provider and found me someone that got to me within 30 minutes. This place is a joke and I would recommend that no one use them!
