  One of the worst retail experiences. First, my wife purchases a few items and they were suppose to give her a $6 coupon. They didn't give it to her. When she was returning the items, they were going to take $6 worth of the value because of the coupon that she never received. When I actually went to the store, they denied my return. I mean after the crappy service, and then treat you even more worse? Is that the kind of customer service and satisfaction they strive for? Erik the manager (baldy) WILL NOT take care nor does he care about his customers. Even with original receipt, items not even used, and that's how they treat their customers? Imagine if that is you... Erik the manager doesn't value your business, nor does this Walgreens. Go to CVS where they actually take care of you. SERIOUSLY, CVS cares about its customers. NOT HERE
