  Waking on Michigan avenue this Walgreens in convenient and easy to access. The store is off a good size and was able to get what I wanted. I did ask someone a question and I got an answer right away.
  Overall it was a good location to stop by.

  The button for the disabled and wheel chair people was broken. I was with my aunt whom is in a wheel chair and if I was not with she would not been able to get in or out. I then talked to a supervisor and asked how to make a complaint I was then lied to and told that only when the second door is closed will the other open. I said ok as we leave we try to use it again. This time both doors are closed and THE DOOR STILL DID NOT OPEN. I was angry but didn't want to cause any problems. Our older people and handy capable people already have many obstacles during the day and this should not be one of them all the way in 2017. All and all a bad experience for me and my aunt sad part is she goes to Roosevelt college close by and that would be a nice place for her to grab something quickly but not if you are not sure if you will be able to get in or out by yourself....
