  I have utilized this company's drycleaning services for 3 months. I have always been kind and courteous with the employee and been satisfied with their service until today. I was picking up my drycleaning today and noticed that one of my dress shirts still had a couple of stains remaining. I asked if they could try to clean it one more time to get the stains out. The employee then proceeded to tell me that I was not welcome to come back for future drycleaning because I was "always asking them to re-clean the clothes". This is only the second time I have ever asked for this to be done and I have given them all of my drycleaning business for the past 3 months. She was also unhappy with the fact that I check my clothes when I pick them up. The employee was very rude and her tone and attitude were completely unjustified. I have lived in 5 other major cities and have never had any kind of problem with drycleaning establishments. Previous establishments never had a problem with me exercising my right to inspect my clothing to ensure that a proper job was done. They have also never had a problem with making a second attempt to clean my clothing if a stain or mark has not come out. Additionally, I have never blamed this employee or her company if they can't get a stain out. I understand that they can't be perfect or guarantee success. I tried to make that clear to the employee, but she just rudely interrupted me and wouldn't allow me to speak.
  
  I will happily take my business elsewhere since I am sure there are other drycleaners who would value a loyal and courteous customer, especially in this economy. Please tell your colleagues, friends, and fellow community members to never give their business to Viva Cleaning ever again.
