  On Saturday November 18th there was a Adidas "Yeezy" launch at Villa's across Chicago. So I decided I would try my luck arriving at the "5230 S Lake Park Ave" location at 3:00 am the store opened at 8 am "Yes I know sounds crazy" there was a couple chairs there but nobody present so fast forward to 7:15am the first store employee arrived. Just around 8am she opened the door and let a young man in that same young man came out moments later with pieces of paper in his hands 12 pieces to be exact marked 1-12. Well I happened to be that 12th person in line and was given the last ticket. Everyone else in the line after me was asked to leave so I waited as they allowed one constumer in at a time to make their purchase. So I waited patiently as my turn was coming up and when the person before me on line came out here stated "whoops, I miss counted I didn't count my pair" I said "excuse me can I talk to a manager or get a phone number for someone in a higher position" he said "one sec" and came back out shortly I said "I don't have number you can call" So I asked for his name in which he gave me. I asked to speak to a manager he went and got a young lady when she opened the door asked "what up" I asked for a number to someone of a higher authority she laughed I asked for her name she snickered and slammed the door closed and locked it. The few people that were left standing outside the establishment were shocked by how this lady carried herself in such an unprofessional manner as well as myself. I have never went to the extent to make a negative review but the way this location is operated is not normal obviously the employees DO NOT know how to treat customers. It really is sad I have made over 5k in purchases in the past year and to be treated in this type of way I'm not sure if I can allow myself to return to ANY Villa location ever again.
