  I give it 2 stars because they have always been very nice and attentive to me,that is the only reason why I haven't called corporate .Their drive up window takes for ever to go threw. You would be better off parking your vehicle and going inside. It's been a total of 5 times that I drive up to the ATM and its not working. 5 times is TOO MUCH!!! I'm always on the run because I have a very busy life and I want my money when I need it. When the ATM isn't working I have to drive very far for another ATM. Its not fair! They don't realize how much it affects our daily life when you are counting on them to be functional and they are not. I've been with US Bank for about 10 years now. I'm a loyal customer but if they keep that up I'm switching to my husbands bank witch is Chase. Their ATMs are located all over town and I wouldn't have to struggle so much to get whats mine, MY MONEY! Like I said, It would be easier for me to switch banks but I'm really trying to be a loyal costumer. I wish they would add more ATMs in the south side so that it can be fair for their loyal costumers like myself.

  Im so sick of their damn ATM never working. It's very inconvenient for everyone. They know that this problem happens every other day and they don't take care of it. That means that they don't give a damn about their customers. Sixth time that I go and ATM doesn't work. I have to go all the way across town to find another ATM. I'm getting so sick of it.
