  Long story short....T-Mobile charging me $600 for a phone they have yet to receive. I lost my receipt which contains my return tracking #. I called the UPS store that I returned my phone to and Bob (owner) answered the phone. I simply asked if they're able to reprint me a return tracking # and he literally laugh and said NO!!! He said that's between me and T-Mobile....I don't have time for sarcasm when T-Mobile going to charge me $600. I simply wanted him to reprint me a receipt so I can call T-Mobile with the return tracking # evidence showing I returned there defective phone. I also called 3 different UPS locations and asked if it's possible to reprint a receipt with a return tracking # and they ALL said yes, while Bob (owner) is claiming it's not possibe. Why isn't it possible at his location?! To much work for Bob?! I'm sure all UPS stores use the same system if not a similar system. I feel Bob is just being lazy!! Not a good way to run a business, Bob!
