  One person at the counter and at least two in the back giggling and having a grand time. Just wanted to pick up a package and no one could find the package that just came in yesterday. Then the person who does the passport isn't there. They stated last week they would be available next week. Well guess what it'snext week and they are new stating it's going to be another week. So two weeks of no passport service . This place sucks so much ass it's ridiculous.

  The customer service here is horrible the clerks here should be fired especially Linda and her counterpart coworkers. They are so nasty and unprofessional it’s ridiculous.
