  Two months in a row, they are posting a charge that is not mine, they will not fix the issue. I tried to call the corporate head office in chicago and no one will help me there, to think my father had a good relationship and never had these issues. I am displeased with the service im getting. My rating will not go back up till they fix what they have done wrong and I go 6 months with no billing issues. watch your billing statements closely. I bluntly got told that i am wrong about my bill and I know where i was on the day they say the charge was posted to the account and i sure was not in the store.

  Me and my wife left AT&T after 24 years due to moving in a rural community and for whatever reason their service started getting bad the last few months we had them. So we signed up to US Cellular after being reassured that their service was the best in the area. Plus seeing the commercials stating that they had service in the middle of nowhere, lol. Well we live a whole 4 miles from the US Cellular tower and internet service is pathetic. We're lucky if we get 0.50 meg speed, and never get a faster signal than 1.5 meg which is rare. We live on a farm in the middle of a cleared 60 acre field and cannot get internet outside on our phones more than 1X speed, and it only works in one room in the house? 4X speed sometimes, which usually drops off to 1X speed or nothing at all. And that's usually when your trying to conduct business on the internet. So yeah great service in the middle of nowhere is a blatant lie!! hahaha, guess I need to be standing on top of a ski slope right next to a tower like in one of their commercials for us to get what we are paying a premium for. $163 a month for two phones that are almost useless, what a great company, lol. I have a suggestion though, you should change the company logo to a big bright buffering sign, because that's what a lot of your companies customers see everyday when we're trying to use the internet you promised us, lol
