  I called several places for quotes. Patty was the most thorough and professional of any had spoken with in any price range (and BOY did the price ranges vary!) She asked me a series of questions about the tub and addressed each answer completely. She even covered if's, and' or but's! I was having some other work done in the bathroom and she gave me some great advice to get it all done first so the other contractor's didn't scratch the tub. Low & behold? They "did" put a chip in it "before" I had it refinished due to her advice. Their technician called ahead just like she said he would and actually arrived early! Although he was wearing dirty jeans with paint on them... he "was" there to do some dirty work. He was very polite and professional. Took his time. Explained everything he was doing. It took him pretty much exactly as long as I was told it would. The tub looked AMAZING! I couldn't even find the spot where the contractors chipped it and it shone like new! They were a little more expensive than 1 or 2 places but WAY cheaper than others. But Ugly Tub was by far the most professional company I spoke with. And the tun looks BEAUTIFUL! They should call themselves Beautiful Tub! I have already recommended them to my Sister who had the same experience. Would definitely recommend!
