  One star only because no stars was not an option
  
  We had an online reservation to pick up a trailer for a one way move. The trailer had been rented out to a local customer. As we were moving our son out of state, we had no option for waiting and needed a trailer. The representative allegedly called another location and sent us up the road to pick up a trailer. When we arrived, there was not only no trailer but no notice that we were coming to pick one up. This location had no care of our situation and moved our problem on to another location.
