  Utterly abysmal experience. My sales rep was Jason Daniel, some snot-nosed kid in a cheap suit, who couldn't pronounce any of the models' names (he pronounced "Nachtblau" as "Nash-Blow") and had only the most superficial understanding of fine watches and mechanisms.
  
  When I applied for financing, he waved my ID in my face and said, "This is a fake driver's license, isn't it?" Now, to be fair, it was a New York license that listed a Minnesota address. New York State allows this. I grew up in Minnesota, and my primary address when I got the license was in Minnesota, but I was attending college in New York, so I got a New York license with a Minnesota address. But this is beside the point--even if you suspect fraud, you don't act like a nightclub bouncer and accuse your customers of using fake driver's licenses. For heaven's sake, I'm a law professor looking to buy a luxury timepiece, not some kid trying to score liquor at a 7-Eleven.
  
  This is literally the most insulting experience I've ever had at a retail store, let alone a putative "luxury boutique." Do not shop here. Jason Daniels is a complete phony--he has only the most superficial knowledge of watches, most likely gleaned from some "Horology For Dummies" handbook. More than this, he is rude and obnoxious. Why would you pay a premium so that this idiot could get a cut on commission for selling you products he knows nothing about? If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
