  If you're thinking of coming to this nail salon, don't. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would.
  
  I needed my nails done for a brunch date with my girlfriends the next morning, so I Googled nail salons in my area that stayed open later and came across Top Nails. I got to the salon a little bit before 7, and when I attempted to open the door, it was locked. None of the employees inside seemed to care. Finally, a young girl, maybe 12 years old or so (I think she was the daughter of one of the customers) opened the door to let me in.
  
  When I walked into the salon, there was absolute silence. None of the employees said a word to me. No one asked what service I wanted. No "how can I help you today?" Nothing. I stood there, awkwardly, for about two minutes.
  
  Finally, one of the customers being serviced said, "Um, are you guys going to ask her what she wants? She's been standing here for a while now."
  
  Then, the nail tech doing her nails looked up, cut his eyes at me, then said, "I mean, I'm busy so..."
  
  I've never walked out of an establishment so fast.
  
  This place clearly does not value its customers at all. I'd rather have raggedy nails than spend my hard-earned money at a nail salon that treats me with disrespect. I had never been to that salon before, but I guarantee you I will never in my life go back, not if they were the last nail salon on this Earth. None of the other employees tried to apologize on his behalf or try to rectify the situation. I guess they just didn't want my business. *shrug*
  
  If you are looking for a high quality customer service experience, do NOT come here. You won't get it.
  
  Btw, their shop is mad janky. Looks like a nail salon straight out of the 80s.
