  Their customer service is atrocious. After spending $30,000 for a trip to Venice and the Dalmatian Coast, their representatives were responsible for destroying two necklaces and breaking my daughter's camera. We reported it as soon as we noticed it. The staff on board basically said "too bad, so sad. You will have to check with Gohagan after the cruise, and please do not speak to our staff about this again." When we returned home and contacted Gohagan directly, we were informed that they had checked their legal documents and they were not responsible. It would take so little money, relatively speaking, to make me a customer for life. Instead, they have basically told me to pound sand. They may not miss my business, but I have a big mouth, and I will make certain that absolutely everyone I know knows about this poor experience.
