  If you are local people, then you got used with the tasted bud. As for us, the taste is off and the waiting time is too long during our visited. I have tasted the cuisines globally, it is true each place is different. However, the balance of ingredients much be flavorful with aromas of a giving cuisine; not too much or too little, which could kill the taste. Like in Vietnamese cuisines are different from the North, Central, South and others place in between; each distinct differently but the unique tasteful of each course is there.

  Fist time having Phở, and loved it! Perfect beef noodle soup for a cold winter day, with plenty of extras (lettuce, bean sprouts, jalapenos, etc.) to throw in to literally spice things up. Also had a great appetizer that I saw someone else order - not sure of the official name but it's basically a crepe stuffed with bean sprouts and shrimp with a great sauce to pour over it. Delicious, and enough to easily share with 3 people. Definitely will be back!

  Always great dishes. Pho is amazing. You could eat here everyday for 10 years and still not have all of their menu items. Nothing has ever disappointed. Highly recommend.
