  Wow. Talk about customer service, I've stayed at many luxury hotels but never received anything close to what I experienced at Talbott Hotel. Room was unreal. Loved everything about this place. Hope to come back real soon.

  My family usually stays here when visiting Chicago. Rooms are always clean and well furnished. Staff are friendly and cooperative, and the lobby features an excellent restaurant. The one complaint I have is in regards to the room windows. The room temperature drops pretty sharply in the evenings in spring due to what seems to be little insulation. That aside, the Talbott is an excellent stay at an accessible location.
