  Horrible experience! The manager is unprofessional and VERY stuck up. Sold my family out on lies. He told my mom that because we were “his people” (from Guatemala), he would do his best to give us best service. He sold us a tablet claiming it would be $8 per month plus $25 service. It turned out to be $90 extra on the bill. Then with my phone, they gave me an “offer” for using T-Mobile JUMP, which was a mophie charging case for $4.99/month for the next 10 months. After the 10 months, according to them, I wouldn’t pay anything cause it would already be paid off. And this is my 11th month, with a $54 charge for the mophie case. Went back to speak to the manager. He said I had to look for the original documents and if I could find proof of this, he would eliminate the charge. I asked for his badge number, he said managers weren’t supposed to wear it. I work in sales and what he does is SCAMMING FOR COMISSION. It is disgusting, and overall PATHETIC. Take your business elsewhere. They aren’t worth a minute of your time!!
