  The very first time i went into this t-mobile i had a very bad experience. i didn't step foot in there again up until a few months ago when i wanted to upgrade my phone. so everything is cool they are helping me customer service is 100 they tell me about a promotion. i was intrigued so i said hey why not my kids need a new tablet anyways. the promotion was for 2 lines voice or tablet for free. i asked numerous time if everything was free i was told yes and that my bill of 220$ each month would not change because of the free promotion. LONE AND BEHOLD my first bill was legit. get my second bill and its 340.xx SO NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN the promotion is only for voice lines. SO THANKS EDDIE FROM T-MOBILE ON 43RD AND ASHLAND YOU WENT ALL IN NO LUBE. THANKS SO MUCH! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT STORE AGAIN.
