  I added a new LG Aristo phone to our account. The phone worked but Internet gave the common but frustrating "Upsell error." I spent an hour on the phone with TMobile support, who walked me through clearing the cache and other operations to no avail. The TMobile over-the-phone support tech escalated the issue to"engineers" at TMobile who supposedly found a problem in their network settings about a day later. Well, Internet still not working, still the "Upsell Error." So I brought the phone to this TMobile store and the guy behind the counter checked a few things and said "A-HA!" He found a setting on the TMobile account hat was wrong, and VOILLA! The Internet works! Fantastic! He's THE MAN! Refreshing to find a customer service rep who has all the technical knowledge and understands how the account system works, this is a RARE THING these days as things get more and more complex!
