  The store Manager who Names Starts With a "E" hung up twice in My Face . I'm calling About when will my Phone Be Shipped . Or Can I get the tracking # he then told me to Come Into the store. So after telling him I Can not He hung up . So I called Back and His Words was "aye I said Come in the store Already ". I Asked To Speak to A manager and He then said "just your luck i am a manger ". Poor customer service.

  I was in crisis mode thanks to TMobile (my provider for the past 2 decades-whom was of NO help in this situation) when I left my phone in the back of a car. There was a lovely man named Wesley who not only did everything he could in his power to try and help me replace my phone (even though I am not an AT&T customer) but he also stayed nearly an hour later than the store is open. I could not be more impressed and am now considering switching over because of your due diligence as a company. Somebody give that man a raise.
