The service here was piss poor. Not only did the woman, who I assume was the manager, talk to me as if I were a child, she also had a large man follow her around as if to intimidate anyone who made any trouble. He even went as far as to chuckle at her snide and condescending remarks.

I was treated with the base level of service required to run a store, no will to help me at all, simply the quickest answer that would get me out of the store. It their is another shop under a half mile away, save yourself and go to that one instead.

I expected a longer wait to meet with a rep. However things moved along well at this store. I was in & out pretty quickly, and worked with a very knowledgeable tech/rep. Best ATT location I have been to!

I went here to replace my phone. Immediately the young man started pushing some sort of sale on accessories. I had wanted a wireless charger so he chose one for me. I asked him specifically, “and this will work with an iPhone?” And he said yes. It doesn’t. It never was compatible, and he knew this. He was just trying to make a commission on the extra stuff he was selling me. Very upsetting, especially when he was so nice to my face but was knowingly ripping me off. I think his name was Martin or something. Anyway I would not go here they obviously have very little regard for the customers and simply want to take your money.
