  Sorry Karen you feel we are so unprofessional. But let's go back in what I told you when I talk to you on the phone first you never ever did your taxes with us the two years that the irs is speaking about you did them somewhere else and I said very clearly to you we will help you but it takes time the irs as you know I hope you are aware that it's the federal government for the whole United States so they are not going to stop what they are doing to fix your case they don't work like that. I also told you that it will be fix but it is going to take time could take up to 6 months for it to clear all your paperwork was sent since last month so no Karen it's way to soon. And another thing did you ever paid Melissa for your 2017 taxes? You need to understand Karen she did the work if the irs took your money because of the other preparer that didn't do the job right that's not Melissa fault so you need to pay Melissa. If you left originals we will give them back to you no problem if you only left copies you are not getting any copies back we made the copies on our printer with our paper so it is ours you don't want our help we will shred them. But before you put up a bad review give all the facts correctly. And if we don't answer the phone it's because we are extremely busy leave a message we check our voice mail every morning..   Horrible Costumer Service. I have done my Taxes there for two years and Never had a problem until this year, when they said they would help me with some old IRS problems I had. Sadly they are unprofessional, when I wrote a bad review about Lupe they asked me to take it off and were kind and said they would continue helping me but they LIED! No call is ever answered and they just dont care!!! Am so angry over the fact that they do not care! All I want are my papers back so I can get help of other people who know what they are doing. Now I understand the bad reviews.
