  Both times I have been in there, they have been extremely rude. I will never buy from them or even go back in there. I would recommend no one else buy from them either.

  The customer service had been great and my fiance and I believed that once I saw a ring they had specially brought into the store that we would place our order with them. I had seen that ring by Sholdt online on another jeweler's website and so had an idea of the cost. Tracy from Steve Quick quoted me a price that was MORE THAN DOUBLE what the same ring cost at the other jeweler's. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I was very disappointed that after all of the time and special attention I thought I was receiving, I ended up being the target of a scam to get me to pay double for a ring. I will not return.

  Great service. Was a little pricey. We loved that they worked with us on our very creative ring problem. They were also very accommodating to my little baby sized fingers (3.5). They did a great job, but it was expensive.
