  Surly, unprofessional & unfriendly folks work here. They don't know much about coffee drinks or the products they offer. Given that they'd been open less than an hour, it's hard to imagine a good excuse for their demeanor. I'll chalk that - and their ignorance - up to not caring and being poorly prepared.
