  As someone who works here I can say if you think the staff are being rude they are most likely just doing their job and it's not to help customers. There is only one person I can think of who I would call rude to customers. Please keep in mind it is very difficult to be making everyone's drinks for hours on end and if you have an issue the staff would be happy to remake it for you. The homeless people who hang around this store are actually very nice if you talk to them and their presence should not upset you. if they are actively bothering you please let the staff know and we will deal with them. Please remember we are all people who want to be respected.
