  I gave this rude barista at terminal 3 my name that does not include an S,O,P, or Y in it. In addition to that, she gave a half-hearted apology. I wont be coming back there and they need to hire people who are skilled at customer service and know how to act like they like their job. This is not the kind of response a polite customers from around the world should receive.
