  1st let me start by saying that I have no problem with the store itself the people there are great awesome customer service. My problem is with the District Manager Carlo I don't know where he got his customer service skills from but he definitely needs retraining.I know the issue started with me. But when a district manager tells you we can solve the issue in a couple of days and that turns into more than a week and he choses not to answer multiple phone calls and when you call cooperate to make a complaint and they sit there and tell you we will give you a $10.00 credit on an item you don't even have just blew me. This has been the worse service I have ever had coming from a so call DISTRICT MANAGER AND SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE.

  Kevin's sceaming ass let the insurance send me a refurbished phone knowing damn well I've given these people way to much for this phone ! Then the female Latina heavy set girl with the glasses is sucking everybody up so she's just as dizzy as any
