  Credit unions that service businesses are rare. NorthStar happens to be one of them. I went in on a Saturday about 4 weeks ago to open a Business Checking and Savings and have yet to hear back from someone. Branch manager, Paula and staff seem to be very pleasant people. But the follow up has been extremely poor. I've called and emailed several times to at least 3 different people. I had high hopes. Such a huge let down.
