  These guys are AWESOME! Not only are their rings amazing quality, but the customer service is outstanding. My husband lost a few lbs, so we were sending the ring back for re-sizing, when someone decided to jack the ring from the envelope en-route. These guys documented the incident with pictures (a hole in the envelop window) called to let us know what happened and then worked with us to resolve the issue of a missing ring. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and appreciate their understanding!

  I felt it was important to explain my experience with this company, for others to consider in the future. Unfortunately, our experience with them turned what was a very exciting time in our lives into a stressful, very unpleasant situation. My fiancé and I were so excited to find this company, as they provided exactly what we were looking for for our wedding rings. We excitedly made the 5 hour drive to Chicago just to visit the company and order our rings. We were measured for our rings in the store, and picked out the designs. Our mistake- we did not ask for, nor were we provided an invoice or order form that stated what we had ordered. We headed back home to anxiously await the arrival of our rings. When they arrived, my fiancé’s ring was much too large for him, and not in the style we had ordered. When we called the company to begin the process of making it right- they offered no apology or explanation, said the ring was made according to the specifications they had in their system, and said it was completely our responsibility if we wanted it replaced. We had no choice- even if we would have been okay with the difference in design, it was far too big for my fiancé! He called again, and was told the same thing- no apology, no explanation for why it was the wrong size even though they had sized it themselves. We had to pay to replace it, and when the replacement was made, had to pay to return the first ring they made before they would ship the replacement. I may not have minded having to pay for what was honestly their mistake, had at one point, even one person offered some sort of apology or sincere understanding for the frustration this caused us. Each phone interaction we had with this company amounted to the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in my life- never was any apology made, nor any statement of understanding for the frustration we experienced. They may make beautiful rings, but don’t seem to understand the importance of customer service to their business. I couldn’t possibly recommend this company to anyone else, they made the exciting experience of choosing custom, unique wedding rings so frustrating and our interactions were so insincere- at this point, I’m just glad it’s all over!
