  I have been renting a storage unit through Self Storage 1 and must say that I was very impressed with the facilities and level of customer service they provide. The process to sign up for a unit was extremely easy, and I was able to secure a unit within 30 minutes of walking through the front door. And as a cherry on top - the staff is overwhelmingly kind and helpful. I have used several other Storage Facilities throughout Chicago, and I can confidently say that Self Storage 1 is the BEST.
