  The lashe has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. They are rude and unrealistic in their ideas of customer service. Anytime that I have reached out to get help with a product or had problems with my orders they would insult my understanding of the lash extension industry and would refuse to help in any way. Their product can be superior, but only if you babysit it. It is the most sensitive product I've ever worked with. I admit that when you treat their product like a crystal doll it can be incredible product, but because of their lack of customer service I'm still looking for something out there that comes close to as good of a product, but with people that I actually care to interact with and give my business to. And if it is helpful I've had a particularly bad series of interactions with a customer service rep named Kathy. I refuse to even speak to her when I have problems. I'm just hoping to find a different company to buy from because I don't support businesses that don't respect me.
