  The manager Mario and Nicole are very nice, pleasant and professional. The paperwork when you rent the space is not too long. They have two loading spaces for cars and trucks. There was always a loading space available when I was there. Backing out into the street may require extra care. They have additional parking spaces. There is good technology in this facility. The front door, loading spaces doors, elevators are all key pad entry-coded. One cannot go to a different floor than ones own floor. Besides security monitors there are individual alarms for every storage space. They use cylinder locks. It's very clean, convenient.

  The staff are so nice and professional. I’ve had a storage unit there for two years and the unit itself is clean and cared for and the staff is professional. There was a gentleman who I had dealt with regarding an account issue and it was refreshing to resolve this with a good communicator who followed up when he said he would and I felt like he was able to cut through red tape and add a human touch. Good experience!
