  The lady at the front desk is terrible. She has a nasty attitude and short patience. As we were doing the tour, she started telling me about extra costs that were not explained to me over the phone. When I expressed a desire to check out other places before I committed, she became angry and said, sarcastically, "well you have a nice day." The manager saved the sale because I was about to walk out. He apologized for the bad customer service and helped me. If it were not for him, I would've given 0 stars
