  The whole staff is really nice and gets their job done right. I loved that it was so close to home so I wouldn't have to travel far for my braces and regular appointments. My teeth look great!

  Dr Romo is a great dentist, very knowledgeable and has great customer service, the place is very clean and the staff very professional. I've been a patient for a while ago, and suddenly they stopped booking my appointments because they no longer accept public Medicare insurance and I was in the middle of my treatment, so I guess I will have to start with a new dentist.
  
  I tried to get an explanation from the receptionist and all she said was "there's nothing we can do, Dr Romo changed the policy, call this number to find a new dentist". I understand that working with Medicare may not be profitable for Dr Romo and he has the right to choose the insurances he wants to work with, however I am disappointed that my treatment was stopped half way. :(
